Role & responsibilities

Validate GST registration and other statutory documents of prospective suppliers.
Onboard compliant vendors into the system following internal procedures.
Maintain and update vendor master data.
Prepare periodic reports on vendor performance, onboarding status, and compliance metrics.
Make reports on Vendors, about their GST compliance and overall documentation
Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure all vendors meet required legal and regulatory standards.
Monitor changes in GST regulations and update onboarding and compliance processes accordingly.
