Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and empathetic Admission Counselor to act as the face of our school. In this role, you will guide prospective parents through their decision-making journey, helping them understand how our unique curriculum and nurturing environment fit their child's needs.
You are not just filling seats; you are building relationships with families and helping us reach our goal of expanding our student community.
Key Responsibilities
- Inquiry Management: Handle all walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads promptly and professionally.
- Campus Tours: Conduct engaging school tours for parents, highlighting our infrastructure, safety standards, and the "Litera" advantage.
- Counseling: Explain the Litera Nova pedagogy and CBSE curriculum to parents in simple, convincing terms.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a strong follow-up system (calls/emails) to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Documentation: Manage admission forms, student documents, and fee structures accurately.
- Events: Assist in organizing Open Houses, Scholarship Tests, and Admission Melas.
- Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly reports on lead status using Excel or CRM tools.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, or Front Office Management (School experience is a huge plus).
- Communication: Excellent fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is highly preferred to connect with local families.
- Personality: Warm, approachable, and high-energy. You should be patient with anxious parents and persuasive in your approach.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using MS Office (Excel/Word), WhatsApp for Business, and Google Sheets.
- Availability: Willing to work on weekends during the peak admission season (compensatory offs provided).
