Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our team in building world-class products that people love. Responsibilities will include bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. You will be responsible for ideating, developing and successfully launching new products in collaboration with clients and development teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead product development team at GI to produce technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.
  • Responsible for setting, prioritizing and evaluating the work scope which matches product vision and client needs.
  • Understand market, user behavior and ideate product technical requirements.
  • Ensures that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks.
  • Provides backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories.
  • Participate in client meetings, solicit feedback on products and services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience as a business analyst, QA, product owner or UX designer/architect.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX design.
  • Experienced in writing user stories, business requirements.
  • Competency with project management, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall project status.
  • Excellent organisation and outstanding communication skills.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses leadership qualities.
