Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Fashion Design Faculty
who can inspire, educate, and mentor our students. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, practical experience in design or garment construction, and a flair for creative teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach courses in fashion design, garment construction, textile science, portfolio development, etc.
• Deliver engaging, practical, and student-focused sessions.
• Mentor students through hands-on projects and personal career guidance.
• Create lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation methods.
• Stay updated with fashion trends and integrate real-world case studies.
• Collaborate with other faculty and participate in workshops, events, and juries.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• 2+ years of teaching or industry experience (film, fashion, bridal, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Passion for education and student development.
