Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an
Associate Director/Manager - Data Privacy.
The responsibilities include designing and implementing data privacy frameworks, ensuring compliance with relevant global privacy regulations, and conducting privacy risk assessments. The incumbent will monitor the organization's data handling practices, develop internal privacy policies, offer guidance on data protection matters, and oversee privacy-related audits. Collaboration with various teams to promote privacy best practices and educating staff on compliance obligations are key aspects of this role.

  • Involve in business development activities
  • Design & implement
    privacy and data protection programs
  • Conduct
    gap analysis, audits, and compliance reviews
  • Work with frameworks:
    ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST, HITRUST
  • Advise on regulations:
    GDPR, CCPA, PDPL
  • Develop documentation:
    privacy policies, reports, and roadmaps
  • Preferred Certifications:
    CIPM, CIPP/E, CIPT, LI ISO-27701
