Design & Planning

  • Develop innovative architectural concepts and design proposals.
  • Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
  • Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare and present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Incorporate sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic principles in all designs.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors during project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local laws.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and assist in cost estimation.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design accuracy.

Client & Team Communication

  • Liaise with clients to understand design requirements and constraints.
  • Present design concepts and revisions for approval.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and approvals.

Documentation

  • Prepare architectural drawings and working details.
  • Maintain project documentation, drawings, and change records.
  • Assist in tendering and bid evaluation processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
