ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for dynamic Technical Manager for overseeing engineering projects, managing developers and ensuring the successful delivery of products and solutions

Job Description:

  • Extensive experience in software development, including proven hands-on coding and design, proven experience as a Technical Architect
  • In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, micro services architecture, APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and database systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications & guidelines and maintain the artifacts reflecting the evolving system architecture and design
  • Translate clients requirements into technical specifications and guide the development teams to create robust and scalable systems
  • Ensure technical solutions and strategies are effectively communicated to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
  • Conduct research and development activities to innovate and improve existing technical solutions
