Kanika's Nursing Academy is a reputed institute dedicated to delivering quality nursing education and training. We are looking for a Typist cum Computer Operator to efficiently manage office work, assist in notes typing, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks at the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Type and format nursing notes, question papers, and study materials with accuracy.
  • Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation (digital and physical).
  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks to support academy operations.
  • Prepare and maintain student records, attendance sheets, and reports.
  • Operate basic office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier, etc.).
  • Coordinate with faculty and students for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure timely backup and safe storage of academy data.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Typist cum Computer Operator or in office administration.
  • Gender: Male candidate preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer operations.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy (English required; Hindi typing preferred).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience and skills.
