We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Full Stack Developer

with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies, along with a keen interest in working with
AI tools

and
prompt engineering

to enhance development productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications across the full stack.

  • Usage of
    AI tools

develop the application and apps. They should have experience of minimum development of two web applications using AI tools.

  • They should have the ability to find the bugs and optimize the code using the AI tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

  • Integrate and utilize
    AI tools

to automate tasks and enhance application features.

  • Craft effective and optimized
    prompts for AI models

(e.g., GPT-based tools) to support internal workflows or customer-facing solutions.

  • Experience to Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

  • Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.

  • Conduct code reviews and follow best practices in software development.

  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in web development and AI technologies.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

  • Proficiency in:

  • Frontend:

React

  • Backend:

Python and PHP

  • Databases:

MySQL.

  • Experience with
    AI tools

(e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, WIndsurf, Cursor, Codex or similar) and understanding of
prompt engineering

.

  • Ability to create and fine-tune prompts for improving coding productivity or integrating AI features into applications.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and cloud deployment.

  • Knowledge of containerization and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
