Operations Incharge

Role & responsibilities :

• Production Planning: Develop, implement, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet capacity, throughput, and profitability targets.
• ELV Processing Lifecycle: Oversee all core processes, including ELV intake/documentation, secure storage, fluid/hazardous material de-pollution, dismantling, part segregation, shredding/crushing, and output of recovered materials (ferrous, non-ferrous, ASR).
• Material Recovery: Maximize the recovery rate and quality of all material streams (e.g., metals, plastics, fluids, components) to achieve financial targets and sustainability goals.
• Inventory & Logistics: Manage the inventory of incoming ELVs, dismantled parts (for reuse/resale), and outgoing recovered materials. Oversee logistics for transport and shipment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Automobile preferred)
• Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Plant Operations, (experience in ELV or scrap metal recycling is an advantage).
