Position : HR Associate

Location : Kottayam (Local Candidates preferred)

Experience : 6 months to 1 Year

Skills : HRIS proficiency, excellent communication, strong administrative skills, knowledge of labor laws, and attention to detail.

Requirement : Immediate Joiners Only

  • HR Administration: Manage and maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital, utilizing the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, organizing candidate files, screening basic resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle administrative tasks for new hires, including preparing induction materials, and managing documentation for employee separation processes.
  • Compliance & Policy: Support HR efforts to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Operational Support: Track and manage daily attendance, leave records, and assist with basic payroll inputs.
  • Communication: Serve as an initial point of contact for routine employee inquiries and internal communication, ensuring professional and timely responses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
