Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert new leads into customers through calls, emails, and social media interactions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages and itineraries.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer and sales information.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and trips.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings to enhance sales performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Sales, Marketing, or Tourism).
1–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Travel & Tourism or Hospitality sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
