Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core 5/6 and related technologies.
  • Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend modules.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain Entity Framework-based data access layers and optimize database operations.
  • Integrate applications with third-party APIs and internal systems.
  • Write and execute unit tests to ensure code reliability and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring smooth performance and uptime.
  • Participate in sprint planning, peer reviews, and continuous integration/deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend.

Maintain detailed documentation for code, architecture, and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core 5/6, C#, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Excellent understanding of LINQ, Task Parallel Library (TPL), and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience working with SQL Server queries, stored procedures, indexing, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive front-end integration.
  • Solid understanding of JSON, XML, and RESTful web service design principles.
  • Knowledge of writing testable code using unit testing frameworks (MS Test / NUnit / xUnit).
  • Proficiency in Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
