Financial Reporting & Accounting

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Oversee general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process.
  • Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow, banking, and liquidity.
  • Implement and maintain internal control systems.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and corporate policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors and ensure successful audits.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance (Income tax, GST).
  • File statutory returns on time.
  • Manage and mentor accounting and finance teams.
  • Establish departmental goals and performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills :
Accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), Excel, financial modeling

Soft Skills :
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, leadership, integrity

Qualifications :
CA or Semi Qualified CA, CMA.

Experience

Typically 5-7 years in finance, with experience in accounting and reporting roles.
