Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web development technologies and a passion for creating efficient, maintainable code. You will collaborate with designers, Front-end developers, and marketing teams to build and improve web applications that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build web pages and front-end/customer-facing applications with close attention to browser capabilities and overall system architecture.
• Create online acquisition paths in collaboration with designers and channel managers.
• Develop and enhance customer and partner portals in collaboration with designers and back-end developers.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans for website and application improvements.
• Actively troubleshoot and support web development and applications in production.
• Stay abreast of best practices in front-end web development and bring new ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Sales to drive new ideas for superior customer experiences.
• Diligently document all code changes for future reference.
• Assist with other marketing department functions as needed.

Skills and Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience as a front-end web developer.
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as AngularJS, Angular, ReactJS, AJAX, and
• Experience with responsive MVC and MVVM frameworks.
• Familiarity with browser capabilities and writing code that meets W3C guidelines.
• Deep knowledge of the latest tools, processes, and best practices for building websites and web applications.
• Passion for writing efficient and maintainable code.
• Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Work Environment:

• Schedule: 5 days a week, in-office. Employees are expected to manage their own assets; the company will not provide assets.
• Shift: Morning shift.
• Ability to Commute/Relocate: Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu before starting work (required).
• Total Work Experience: 4-5 years preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
