Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled 
Unity Developer
 For 
Indore
 location with at least 4 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Unity and C# and have a passion for creating interactive, high-performance games, simulations, or immersive 3D applications. You will work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to build engaging, user-centric products for a variety of platforms, including mobile, PC, VR/AR, and console.

Key Responsibilities:

Game/Simulation Development:

Design, develop, and implement interactive 3D applications, games, or simulations using the Unity game engine. Focus on creating high-quality, performant, and engaging experiences across different platforms (mobile, desktop, VR/AR, etc.).

·
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:

Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to bring concepts and ideas to life. Provide technical feedback and support to ensure that game design, functionality, and performance meet quality standards.

Optimizing Performance:

Write optimized and reusable code, and continually assess performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth gameplay or user experience across various devices and platforms.

UI/UX Implementation:

Implement user interfaces and integrate them into the game/application, ensuring intuitive and responsive designs that contribute to a positive user experience.

Debugging & Troubleshooting:

Identify, debug, and fix issues in the game/application, including memory leaks, performance issues, and game logic bugs.

·
Version Control & Documentation:

Use version control tools (such as Git) and maintain clear and concise documentation of game features, systems, and processes.

Stay Up-to-date:

Keep up with new features in Unity, industry trends, and emerging technologies (AR/VR, AI, etc.), and proactively suggest improvements or new approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Unity Developer, building and deploying applications or games for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Web, etc.).
  • Proven track record of shipping at least one or more commercially successful projects.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in 
    C#
     and experience with object-oriented programming (OOP).
  • Deep knowledge of Unity's engine and tools (e.g., physics, lighting, rendering, animation).
  • Familiarity with 
    Unity Asset Store
    , 
    Cinemachine
    , 
    Shader Programming
    , and 
    Unity Analytics
    .
  • Experience with 
    multi-platform development
     (mobile, PC, VR/AR, consoles).
  • Strong understanding of game loops, UI/UX design, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of game development concepts such as 
    game state management
    , 
    AI systems
    , 
    animation
     (Mecanim), and 
    particle systems
    .
  • Version Control:
  • Experience using version control systems like 
    Git
     and understanding of branching workflows.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills, able to identify and fix issues quickly.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document your work effectively.
