Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team. Project Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.  Product Development: Drive the development of new tech -driven products and services, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with other executives, department heads, and external partners to integrate technology solutions across all business units. Security and Compliance: Ensure the company's technology infrastructure is secure, compliant with regulations, and aligned with industry best practices. Performance Monitoring:Establish metrics for assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of technology operations and drive continuous improvement.Requirements Qualifications Experience: years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record in driving technological innovation and digital transformation. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
