About the Role

Were looking for a Social Media Executive who lives and breathes digital content. From creating scroll-stopping stories to managing influencer collaborations, you will be the go-to person for all things social media. This is not just another 9-to-5 job – it's an opportunity to become a founding team member in our marketing department and grow with a brand that's just taking off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
  • Work closely with content agencies and designers to plan and roll out campaigns, reels, stories, and more.
  • Maintain social media hygiene: timely responses, consistent posting, visual grid alignment, hashtag hygiene.
  • Respond to followers / queries and maintain healthy engagement.
  • Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Explore, negotiate, and coordinate influencer marketing (barter + paid) with skincare and lifestyle creators.
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats that can elevate brand presence.
  • Support monthly marketing calendars, brainstorm ideas for launches, and contribute to creative campaign development.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Have 2+ years of experience managing social media for D2C brands (beauty/skincare/fashion preferred but not mandatory).
  • Have a knack for aesthetics, trends, and communication – you understand what clicks with online audiences.
  • Are proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling between agency briefs, content planning, and influencer negotiations.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Are hungry to grow with a brand and ready to take ownership of your vertical
