Manage Industrial Relations across a Diverse Workforce

Union Engagement and Negotiation: Multi union handling

Long-Term Settlements and Collective Bargaining: Lead and finalize long-term settlements that balance

employee welfare and organizational sustainability while navigating politically sensitive environments.

Litigation and Disciplinary Proceedings: Oversee labor-related litigation in Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals,

and High Courts, as well as managing departmental inquiries and disciplinary actions.

Strategic Foresight and Industrial Peace: Anticipate and preempt industrial unrest by implementing early-

warning systems, proactively addressing grievances, and liaising effectively with government bodies and

political stakeholders.

Policy and Workforce Integration: Bridge cultural and operational divides between legacy government

employees and new recruits, while fostering a cooperative and motivated workforce.

Leverage Technology: Employ digital tools and data-driven approaches to modernize IR processes, improve

grievance redressal, and reduce industrial relations risks.

Preferred candidate profile Oriya speaking , preferably from Orissa . People from SC/ST/OBC background will be preferred.
