Madchatter is looking for a seasoned Senior PR Manager, a hands-on leader who can own strategy and execution across multiple accounts, be a trusted senior partner to clients, and mentor a delivery-focused team. You'll craft media-first narratives, drive visibility for high-growth brands (fintech, real estate, Web3, corporate), and ensure campaigns convert into measurable outcomes. If you love pitching great stories, building journalist relationships, and running smooth client operations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PR strategy and end-to-end execution across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Act as the senior client partner: build trust, set expectations, and ensure timely delivery of measurable outcomes.
  • Build, nurture and leverage media relationships across business, finance, tech, startup and real-estate press.
  • Translate business objectives into editorial-first storylines, thought leadership, features, interviews and op-eds.
  • Manage and mentor account teams — from Senior AEs to Managers — ensuring quality control and editorial rigour.
  • Drive proactive media pitching and create high-impact content: press releases, bylines, pitch notes, Q&As, briefing decks.
  • Lead crisis preparedness and manage high-stakes communications when required.
  • Partner with strategy, creative and digital teams for integrated campaigns and amplification.
  • Contribute to new business: support pitches, create proposals, and help expand existing accounts.
  • Track, measure and report campaign performance; use insights to refine strategy and demonstrate ROI.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years
    in PR (agency experience strongly preferred); experience managing multiple accounts end-to-end.
  • Proven experience across sectors — ideally fintech, real estate, corporate/B2B and startup ecosystems.
  • Strong relationships with business, finance and trade journalists; a demonstrated ability to land high-value coverage.
  • Sharp editorial instincts: you know how to package a story that editors will pick up and audiences will read.
  • Leadership experience: mentoring, quality control, client-facing confidence and team management.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; can craft crisp narratives and compelling pitches.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, timelines and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented — able to move fast in a high-growth agency environment.
  • Bonus: experience with Web3 / crypto / fintech comms, or strong experience with reputation/corporate communications.
