Role Summary:

Responsible for managing inventory, ensuring availability of materials/spares, and maintaining accurate stock records for building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stock of spares, consumables, and tools.
  • Issue materials to teams and record transactions accurately.
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and initiate replenishments.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper storage, safety, and preservation of materials.
  • Coordinate with purchase team for timely procurement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Materials Management or relevant field.
  • 24 years of experience in inventory/store management (preferably in facilities/engineering industry).
  • Knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
