MAKE AN IMPACT
Role Description
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose data-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validations.
- Communicate findings effectively through presentations and reports.
- Support the implementation of data analytics tools and technologies.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify business trends and opportunities.
Transformation BA expectations are:
- Establish scope and introduce a clear process for making changes to the business, provisioning full audit trail
- Gather and analyse business requirements, using appropriate requirements documentation and management processes, encompassing functional and non-functional requirements
- Evaluate business needs against IT strategy and architecture roadmaps, driving consistency and maximising the leverage of existing architecture
- Shape and develop project and programme business cases, business value, benefits realisation in an innovative and cost-effective way
- Support or manage service and/or product selection processes in line with the defined business need
- Engage core stakeholders (incl. sponsor, business representatives, programme & project managers) to drive awareness and buy-in
- Identify and manage internal and external dependencies, affecting solution design / implementation
- Recommend business solution options and support their detailed evaluation through investment appraisal, clearly highlighting the recommended option
- Apply and monitor use of modelling and analysis tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence), methods and standards
