Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Recruiter role located in Mumbai. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and sourcing qualified candidates through various channels. Daily tasks include creating and posting job descriptions, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and coordinating hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also contribute to building a strong employer brand and ensuring the company attracts top talent.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and candidate assessment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or wellness sector is a plus
