Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Gandhi Fellowship at Piramal Foundation, located in Muzaffarpur. The Gandhi Fellow will work closely with government stakeholders, community members, and other fellows to implement and manage development programs. Daily tasks include conducting research, planning and executing interventions, engaging with stakeholders, and monitoring and evaluating the impact of projects. The role also involves capacity building, facilitating workshops, and ensuring coordination among various project teams.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in research, planning, and project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage and work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in conducting workshops and capacity-building activities
- Resilience and adaptability in challenging environments
- Relevant academic background in social sciences, public policy, or related fields
- Previous experience in the development sector is a plus
