Overview: The Human Recruiter plays a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent within an organization. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer and onboarding process. The Human Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice
  • Coordinate the hiring process, including negotiating salaries and preparing employment contracts
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Keept track of recruiting metrics
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to provide analytical and well-documented reports
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes
