About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated
Data Scientist
to join our team at Amenify. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, dashboard creation, and experience in AI/ML solutions. This role will involve managing company-wide data, supporting business decision-making, and driving insights for teams across operations, sales, marketing, and product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Build, manage, and optimize dashboards for leadership and team reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into data-driven insights, KPIs, and reports.
  • Develop predictive models and AI/ML solutions to support decision-making and business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to track OKRs, KRAs, and overall performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and accessibility across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in
    SQL
    and database management.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
  • Solid background in
    data analysis and dashboard development
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    AI/ML model development
    using Python/R.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
