Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Quality Control Lead, located in Tiruvallur. The Quality Control Lead will oversee quality control processes, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), lead quality audits, and manage quality assurance protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality management strategies to maintain product excellence and regulatory compliance. The individual will also contribute to enhancing operational systems by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to maintain and improve product standards.
  • Experience in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for ensuring regulatory compliance and streamlined processes.
  • Proficiency in Quality Auditing for evaluating and improving operational systems and practices.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate across diverse functions to uphold quality standards.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard quality management systems and certifications is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality processes are advantageous.
