Your tasks

• Responsible to support worldwide operations and future-oriented development for a range of globally distributed engineering applications like PROSTEP's OpenDXM GlobalX software for managed file transfer (MFT) and Dassault.
• Systems product family (3DX, CATIA V5 and CATIA V6).
• Support the operation and enhancement of PROSTEP's OpenDXM GlobalX software for managed file transfer (MFT) and Dassault Systems ENOVIA 3DX product family and the Dassault Systems CATIA product family (CATIA V5 and CATIA V6).
• Support worldwide operations and future-oriented development for a range of globally distributed engineering applications like PROSTEP's OpenDXM GlobalX software for managed file transfer (MFT) and CATIA on Windows and Linux platform.
• Drive the hardware/network/infrastructure assessment based upon business requirements.
• Design and document the technical integration of solutions within the current information system by leveraging architectural design methods, patterns, and best practices.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of the relevant Engineering applications (E.g. PROSTEP's OpenDXM GlobalX, Dassault Systems 3DX etc.).
• Support of planning, control, and implementation of the further development of the associated system landscapes in line with requirements.
• Incident management, Change management and IT Configuration management as per defined processes and SLA.
• Using tool and techniques (E.g., RPA – Automation/Scripting) for processes improvement/operation efficiency/error free delivery.
• Creating closer, more collaborative relationships with key stake holders including suppliers to uncover and realize new value proposition and reduce the risk of failures.
• Working on other duties, tasks, based upon business requirements.

Your Profile

• Engineering Graduate with 10-12 years of experience.
• Expertise with Linux operating systems.
• High proficiency with Windows server operating system and Client operating systems.
• High proficiency with scripting Perl, Python, PowerShell.
• Familiar with virtualization and network administration.
• Extensive knowledge of PROSTEP's OpenDXM GlobalX software products and 3rd party solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Dassault Systems software products and 3rd party solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of software architecture, data migration, and PLM concepts.
• Expert in performance optimization of web server, network, and database, with advanced enterprise architecture knowledge, IT service management (ITSM) and O365.
