Headquartered in Bangalore, we also operate from Pune, Ohio, and Munich. Job DescriptionWe are looking for acreative Senior DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team. We are a bunch ofengineers who are passionate about reliability, automation, and scalability ina cloud -native environment. We use an agile -based framework to execute ourwork, ensuring we are always focused on the most important and impactful needsof the business. We are relentless in automating manual, repetitive workso we can focus on projects that help move the business forward.  The RoleProvide Technical Guidance in design, development and maintenance of DevOps processes.Conduct feasibility studies and proof of concepts to ensure the DevOps processes are up to date with latest best practices.Contribute to DevOps process development involving Jenkins, Docker, BitBucket, GIT, Artifactory, Azure and similar CI/CD (Open Source) tools.Design and implement scalable cloud solutions using AWS or Azure.Ensure compliance with security standards and optimize cost -efficiency in cloud infrastructure.Collaborate with cross -functional teams to integrate cloud solutions into existing systems.Develop disaster recovery plans and oversee system performance.Build and deploy IAAC code for secure infrastructure automation in Azure Cloud.Contribution to various migration activities e.g. On -Prem to Cloud. Write Python,Shell / Bash Scripts in Linux environment.Coordinate and troubleshoot complex technical issues until resolution.Understand and follow engineering conventions, architectures, and best practices; implement new conventions where necessary, teaching those methodologies to more junior members of the team.Perform peer code reviews to ensure quality standards.Act as the subject matter expert for area of assignment.Advise and mentor more junior team members to maximize overall productivity and effectiveness of the team.Coordinate efforts within own team and immediate team members.Cultivates strong business relationships with business stakeholders.Explains solutions in a way that both technical and product audiences can grasp and shares insights with peers.Share business and technical learnings with the broader dev and product organizations. What we expect fromyou?· You havea Computer Science Engineering qualification (B. E. or B. Tech or MTech) from areputed university· Thecandidate needs to have minimum 6 years of Industry experience.· 4 ormore years of experience in building Azure Cloud and IAC solutions.· 4 ormore years of experience in DevOps.· Experiencein leading the team technically.· Familiarwith open -source tooling such as Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Chef, Terraform, Prometheus,and Grafana.· Experiencein Migration activities.· Excellentscripting skills in Python and Shell/PowerShell.· You arepassionate about embedded systems, Controllers, IoT, IIoT and Modern webapplications.· Flexibilityto work with Embedded build tools like Cmake, Yocto, etc.· Experiencein working in Agile/Scrum teams and following the agile process Why Join Us: At Actualize, we foster a culture of work -life balance, continuous learning, and inclusivity.
