We are looking for a proactive Telecalling Executive who can take ownership of lead follow-ups, drive conversions, and ensure timely closures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proven track record in telesales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Maintain and update sales records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate between the sales team, customers, and management.
  • Track targets and ensure timely closures.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of telesales / sales coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
