KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and project feasibility; prepare and review financial models, risk assessments, and viability reports.
  • Assist in loan application filing (CMA data, credit applications, supporting documents), coordinate with banks/financial institutions during appraisal and sanction, and provide clarifications.
  • Support clients through the loan disbursement process, ensure pre-disbursement conditions are met, and manage post-disbursement compliance (stock statements, financial reporting, covenant monitoring).
  • Evaluate working capital requirements, design financing packages, and advise on structuring, planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct financial due diligence by reviewing company financials, compliance records, and operational performance; identify risks, gaps, and red flags; prepare due diligence reports.
  • Assess compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory norms; review governance, internal controls, and financial processes for improvement.
  • Interact directly with clients to understand their financial needs, provide tailored advisory solutions, and deliver proposals/presentations to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (MBA-Finance / Inter CA preferred).
  • Strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and financial analysis tools (Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills; proactive and eager to learn.
