About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Junior Social Media Executive
to join our marketing team in Thane (W). The ideal candidate should have at least
6 months of hands-on experience
managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish content (images, reels, videos, stories, carousels).
  • Track industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content relevant.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to execute campaigns.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and queries.
  • Support influencer outreach and community-building activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    6 months of experience
    in social media management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools (preferred).
  • Good copywriting and communication skills in English.
  • Awareness of current trends, memes, and pop culture.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with basic ad campaigns on Meta or LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic video editing tools
