Summary

As an
Application Lead
, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and configuration of applications with a primary focus on
Kinaxis
solutions. You will act as the central liaison between development teams, business stakeholders, and clients, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals. The role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to manage project execution, deliver high-quality results, and mentor team members for continuous growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a
    Subject Matter Expert (SME)
    in Kinaxis.
  • Lead and manage application development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Own decision-making within the team for technical and functional aspects.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define requirements and ensure project alignment.
  • Design solutions to address complex, cross-team challenges.
  • Conduct
    knowledge-sharing
    and
    training sessions
    to upskill team members.
  • Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee integration processes and ensure seamless data flow within Kinaxis solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have:

  • Proven expertise in
    Kinaxis RapidResponse
    or other Kinaxis modules.
  • Strong knowledge of
    application design and development methodologies
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    project management tools
    and delivery frameworks.
  • Problem-solving skills to address complex technical and business challenges.
  • Familiarity with
    integration processes
    and
    data management best practices
    .
