Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in management of supply chain, fabrication and assembly. This role requires a hands-on approach, leadership, and a keen eye for detail.
Salary-30000 to 35000(non negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the manufacturing process from design to production, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine manufacturing processes of components.
- Implement and maintain manufacturing best practices. Since this is a small team, the candidate will have the opportunity to make big decisions, take ownership of their work and process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication and assembly processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure products meet our standards.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g. Fusion360) and other relevant engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with CNC machining, welding, and other metalworking and manufacturing techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and other quality management systems.
