Job Title: Human Resource Manager – Solar Energy Services

About Us

We are a fast-growing Solar Energy Services company committed to driving clean energy adoption. We design, install, and maintain residential & commercial solar power systems. As we expand, we are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles (Engineers, Sales, Site Teams, Admin, etc.)
  • Develop HR processes, policies, and documentation in line with industry standards
  • Conduct onboarding, employee orientation & training coordination
  • Handle employee engagement, retention & performance reviews
  • Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, etc.
  • Lead payroll processing and leave management
  • Design KRAs and work structures for departments (Sales, Engineering, Operations)
  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Build a positive work culture and uphold company values
  • Plan workforce budgeting & HR forecasting for upcoming solar projects

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in Solar / Renewable / EPC / Construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience in performance management systems & HR software
  • Ability to manage field & site employees (not only desk roles)

Preferred

  • Experience working with Zoho People / Zoho Recruit / BambooHR or similar tools
  • Prior HR experience in Solar EPC / Energy / Infrastructure companies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
