Job Title:
Cost Controller

Purpose:

Partner with Global Functions leadership to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and continuously improve financial processes through standardization, automation, and insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Finance Business Partner, supporting functional strategy and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage functional P&L, Balance Sheet, and SOX/internal controls, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly/annual closing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide actionable insights and financial analysis to support business decisions and risk management.
  • Collaborate with accounting, tax, and finance teams to ensure compliance and fiscal accuracy.
  • Drive process simplification, automation, and adoption of best practices across financial operations.

Requirements:

  • CA/CMA/MBA Finance with 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis/controlling.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP (SAP preferred)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; experience in chemical/manufacturing industry preferred.
