Job Responsibilities:-
- Hardware Management:Installing, configuring, and maintaining physical components like computers, laptops, printers, and networks.
- Software Management:Installing, configuring, and updating software applications and operating systems.
- Technical Support:Providing assistance to users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance:Monitoring network performance, ensuring system security, and conducting regular system updates and optimizations.
- Inventory Management:Keeping track of hardware assets and managing IT infrastructure upgrades.
- User Training:Training staff on how to use newly installed hardware and software systems effectively.

Required Skills Strong computer literacy, Effective communication skills, Analytical and problem-solving abilities, Knowledge of computer hardware and software, and Proficiency in operating systems and applications.
Required skills and qualifications:
- BA Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of demonstrable experience as an IT specialist or in technical support, system analysis, network administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network technologies.
- Knowledge of network administration protocols, firewalls, and IT security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders and assist users with varying technical proficiency.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to manage IT projects.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with IT help desk systems and ticketing tools.
