Job Responsibilities:-

  • Hardware Management:Installing, configuring, and maintaining physical components like computers, laptops, printers, and networks.
  • Software Management:Installing, configuring, and updating software applications and operating systems.
  • Technical Support:Providing assistance to users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • System Monitoring & Maintenance:Monitoring network performance, ensuring system security, and conducting regular system updates and optimizations.
  • Inventory Management:Keeping track of hardware assets and managing IT infrastructure upgrades.
  • User Training:Training staff on how to use newly installed hardware and software systems effectively.

  • IT System Administrator (Hardware/Software):Responsible for the overall management and efficiency of a company's computer systems.
  • IT Engineer:Designs, installs, and maintains computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

Required Skills Strong computer literacy, Effective communication skills, Analytical and problem-solving abilities, Knowledge of computer hardware and software, and Proficiency in operating systems and applications.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • BA Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of demonstrable experience as an IT specialist or in technical support, system analysis, network administration, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network technologies.
  • Knowledge of network administration protocols, firewalls, and IT security best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders and assist users with varying technical proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to manage IT projects.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with IT help desk systems and ticketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
