Residential Houskeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a committed and experienced Female Residential Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the overall housekeeping operations at our residential facility. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with proven experience in a housekeeping supervisor or housekeeping manager role. This is a mandatory stay-in position, requiring the candidate to reside at the work location. The role involves overseeing housekeeping staff, ensuring high hygiene standards, conducting inspections, managing supplies, preparing duty rosters, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Salary offered ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000, depending on interview performance and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities
• Allocate tasks and prepare staff duty rosters
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities
• Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff performance
• Manage housekeeping inventories and stock levels
• Report maintenance requirements to the concerned department
• Ensure timely completion of all housekeeping tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Female candidates only (mandatory stay-in position)
• Minimum education: Graduation
• Relevant experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently

Salary

• ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on performance and experience
