Urgent Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Work)

Location: Nagpur (Ready to Relocate Immediately)

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, client handling, and marketing promotions. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing on-ground marketing initiatives.

This role involves frequent field visits to showrooms, RTO offices, and retail shops, making it perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, understanding customer needs, and delivering effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients including showrooms, RTOs, shops, and dealers.

Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.

Present and promote company products/services to customers and business partners.

Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, promotional campaigns.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure post-sales support and satisfaction.

Prepare and submit daily sales reports and marketing updates to the management team.

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to improve overall strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in field-based roles.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple client visits daily.

Willing to travel and relocate to Nagpur immediately.

Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
