Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning
Lead and manage a small team of cooks and cleaner
Handle customer interactions, order taking, and billing
Manage raw material procurement and maintain adequate stock levels
Track perishable inventory and minimize wastage
Handle daily cash collection, payments, and petty expenses
Ensure overall cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the restaurant
Coordinate with identified vendors for timely deliveries
Report daily sales, expenses, and stock updates to the partners
Requirements:
Prior experience in managing a small restaurant or food outlet preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory tracking
Honest, disciplined, and hands-on approach to work
Ability to manage people and multitask effectively
