We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to manage journal and book publishing projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in full-service project management, with a focus on publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage journal/book publishing projects from initiation to delivery.

  • Organize and attend meetings with publishers to discuss project requirements and progress.

  • Track project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.

  • Maintain regular communication with customers and address any project-related queries.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-service project management, preferably in publishing.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to handle customer interactions and internal team management.

  • Proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
