Role Description:

Front End Developer – Full-time (On-site)

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Front End Developer
. The developer will be responsible for
building and maintaining user-facing features
for web applications using modern front-end technologies.

Daily tasks include:

• Developing responsive UI components
• Optimizing pages for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience
• Working closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality across the platform

Back End Developer – Full-time (On-site)

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Back End Developer
, focusing on
server-side logic, database management
, and system integration to support core application functionality.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing APIs
• Maintaining and managing databases
• Enhancing system performance and reliability
• Ensuring secure and efficient data processing
• Collaborating with front-end and cross-functional teams for scalable, high-quality solutions

Quality Assurance Intern(Tester) – Full-time (On-site)

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Quality Assurance Intern
, supporting the QA team in testing web and software applications to ensure product quality and stability.

Daily tasks include:

• Performing manual and automated test cases
• Identifying and documenting bugs and issues
• Reporting test results clearly and accurately
• Assisting in improving testing processes
• Working closely with developers to ensure smooth releases and high-quality user experiences

Qualifications:

Though the position is Full Stack, candidates with specialization in any of the below areas are encouraged:

Front-End Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proficiency in
  HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  , and frameworks like
  React / Angular / Vue
• Knowledge of responsive design & cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with REST APIs & Git
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities

Back-End Skills

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience with
  , Python, Java, PHP
• Knowledge of
  MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• Understanding of authentication, API development & performance optimization
• Strong grasp of security principles & algorithms

Quality Assurance(Testing)

• Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in CS or Engineering
• Understanding of SDLC & testing methods
• Ability to execute test cases, identify defects & document issues
• Familiarity with tools like
  Selenium / Postman / JIRA
  (bonus)
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
