Position: Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

The role is designed to ensure strong financial governance and operational efficiency within the business unit. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for:

  1. Financial Reporting & Control

  2. Review of periodic financial statements (Monthly, Half-Yearly, and Annual).

  3. Ensure financial and statutory compliance across books of accounts.

2.Taxation & Compliance

  • GST and TDS reconciliation and compliance.

  • Preparation of monthly MIS reports.

  • Reconciliation & Ledger Management

  • Vendor and customer account reconciliation in SAP.

  • Regular monitoring and maintenance of general ledger.

  • Manufacturing Finance Expertise

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material control.

  • Policy Implementation

  • Assist in implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams and Adani Group entities such as ABEX for timely completion of finance-related tasks.

  • Fixed Asset Management

  • Capitalization of fixed assets in accordance with PLR accounting standards.

Educational Qualifications

  • Mandatory:
    CA / ICWA ( Cleared )
  • Preferred:
    Chartered Accountant (CA)

Relevant Experience

  • Mandatory:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP.
  • Preferred:
  • Exposure to Defence & Aerospace manufacturing industry.
