We are looking for a Telecaller with strong English communication skills to handle outbound/inbound calls. The role involves engaging with customers, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
  • Clearly explain products/services to customers in English.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
  • Follow-up with potential leads to convert into successful business.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English communication (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
  • Fresher/Experienced candidates are welcome.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing/customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
