About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated
AI/ML Engineer (Entry-Level)
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational knowledge of
Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
, along with hands-on experience in Python programming. This role involves contributing to
AI-driven solutions
, including
LLM fine-tuning
,
real-time audio processing
, and deploying models in
containerized environments
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, training, and evaluating
    machine learning and deep learning models
    .
  • Work with
    LLMs (both open-source and paid APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
    for building AI-driven applications.
  • Perform
    fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model optimization
    for specific business use cases.
  • Implement and optimize
    real-time AI solutions
    (e.g., speech-to-text, audio analysis, chatbots).
  • Develop clean, scalable, and efficient
    Python-based pipelines
    for data processing and model training.
  • Package and deploy models using
    Docker
    and work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for scalability.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and researchers to explore new
    AI frameworks and tools
    .
  • Document workflows, experiments, and results for reproducibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Solid understanding of
    Machine Learning algorithms and Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    LLMs
    , including
    open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.)
    and
    commercial APIs (OpenAI, Google, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    LLM fine-tuning and approaches
    (LoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning and RAG).
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and common ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
  • Exposure to
    real-time audio solutions
    (ASR, TTS, audio streaming frameworks).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Docker
    and familiarity with
    Git/GitHub
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    cloud services
    (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools/technologies.

Nice to Have (Good to Learn Quickly)

  • Knowledge of
    MLOps tools
    (MLflow, Weights & Biases, DVC, Airflow).
  • Experience with
    vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus)
    for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Familiarity with
    API development (FastAPI, Flask)
    for serving ML models.
  • Understanding of
    Linux environments and shell scripting
    .
