Role Overview
You'll support the search arbitrage team in running, optimizing, and scaling paid search campaigns that generate profitable traffic. This role is perfect for someone who likes data, fast learning, and the thrill of turning ads into money.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and managing search arbitrage campaigns across platforms (Google, Bing, etc.).
Conduct daily performance analysis — CPC, CTR, revenue, ROI.
Identify profitable keywords, audiences, and traffic sources.
Optimize campaigns for higher revenue and lower acquisition cost.
Monitor landing pages, funnels, and click behavior.
Maintain reporting dashboards and share performance updates.
Perform A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
Spot anomalies, traffic drops, and opportunities quickly.
Collaborate with senior arbitrage managers and content/landing page teams.
Mandatory Requirements
Strong analytical mindset — must love numbers.
Understanding of performance marketing basics (PPC, bidding, keywords, quality score).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points
Experience in Google Ads / Bing Ads / native platforms.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing, arbitrage, or media buying.
Basic understanding of landing page funnels and tracking tools (UTMs, GA, Voluum, Redtrack).
Ability to spot trends and take action quickly.
