Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Trainee Machine Operators who are willing to learn and build a career in precision machining. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training in Grinding, Milling, EDM, and Wire Cutting EDM machines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior operators in machine setup and operations.
  • Learn to read and understand basic technical drawings.
  • Support production processes under supervision.
  • Maintain tools, machines, and workplace cleanliness.
  • Follow safety instructions and company policies.
  • Develop skills in operating precision machines through structured training.

Requirements

  • ITI / Diploma / Freshers in Mechanical or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Keen interest in machining and manufacturing.
  • Willingness to learn and work on multiple machines.
  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to detail.
