Qualifications and Requirements:
- MBBS/BVSc/BDS/BHMS/BAMS Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG Degree with three years' experience or MPH/PHD
- Master's Degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
Desirable Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical trial coordination or project management
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations
- Experience with ethics submissions and regulatory compliance
- Prior experience in managing investigator-initiated or multi-centric trials
- Familiarity with neurological or acute care trials is a plus
Skills and Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and monitor complex clinical trials in compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability & work with diverse teams.
- Excellent skills in oral and written communication.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Application.
- Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in organizing site meetings, trainings, and effective liaison with investigators and ethics committees.
