E.commerce Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimise our product listings. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in e-commerce operations, particularly in product listing and catalogue management, as well as advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage product listings on Online Platform(titles, descriptions, pricing, tags, and attributes).
• Conduct competitor research and optimise listings for better visibility and conversions.
• Monitor product performance, stock levels, and sales trends.
• Handle product image uploads and ensure accuracy in product details.
• Maintain reports using Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, etc.) to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely customer communication.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce operations (preferably Etsy or similar marketplaces).
• Strong knowledge of listing optimisation, keyword usage, and SEO.
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset.
