Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage site operations. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and supervise construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Solve on-site engineering problems and provide technical guidance.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural principles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
